8 amps weight 235 lbs refrigerant r-22 bought this unit 18 years ago not sure exactly what year it is. Maybe a small office but it is more problems with ducting, condensation removal and noise. The unit has to be where it is cooling. Movincool spot cooling system 24hfu btu 240 volt single phase it is really for keeping computer room cool in case of A/C failure.

It has a tank for evaporator condensation that to be dumped when full. I haven't used in a very long time still works good no parts missing. This unit is designed for temporary cooling with a place to vent exhaust. It has been in storage since 2001 just replaced ducts.

I always thought may have a use for it. This is not for long term cooling.
