I have 2 Carrier 20 ton ruts with 275,000 btu h gas heat phase including micro metal curb adapter installed can arrange inspection but there is no longer power connected. Owner changed filters 4 times a year and had full twice maintenance program. Includes 100 disconnect. Units are still currently on building but I can coordinate crane removal with your trailer or flat bed pickup.

Units are in excellent condition and I had my technician check the operating status of unit before power was removed. Units come complete with anthology controlled economisers.
