You can call Carrier for confirmation on this being the correct match to the air handler i'm selling. The inside part is still necessary but is not the expensive part. Keep that in mind.

You would need model 40ruaa34. The unit measures 60x126x48 and weighs approximately 1860lbs.

It was at a large school and this was a recreational building that was only used once in a while. These cost 4200. This is a Carrier brand Gemini series 30 ton air handler.

Because of this these air handlers saw very little use and are still in excellent operating condition. This unit will do anywhere from 15k to 25k square feet depending on conditions of the building.
