Its provided adequate heat during long island winters down to 5 degrees f so far. It turns out one is more than enough to do the job. I installed one but kept both in case wan't enough. Modine hc 33S01 hydronic steam hot water heater with honeywell l4081b 1013 dual aquastat I bought two of these units in used condition from a local contractor couple years ago for my car garage.

Unit is in overall good cosmetic condition with few scratches, but since I have not tested it, i'm offering a 14 day return if found to be inoperative.
