It appears that those two are different only by their electrical phase. Box labeling Cu Ben lop el 2 fan special, ec motors. Details from our deduction from Heatcraft online price guide is that there are 5 base model's of which the LLE080SK is a customized version.

Original list price on these 2 base model's is 3,992 and 4,103 respectively found in the 2 16 price guide. voltage assumed to be 60hz since that is what the price guide implies about the 2 ec motors versions of this model.
