The unit is currently stored in doors and was only put outside for photos. It does come with original factory paperwork and operation install guide.

This unit can be used for hot water heating or Steam. The boiler is rated at 7 million btu and currently set up for Steam operation.

For shipping detail, please see below if you cannot pick it up. I turned on this unit and actually saw it running heating. The blower motor on one end of this boiler was installed new at time refurbishing.

It was not operated 24 hours a day as heat source for building.

This unit was pulled out of working service personally by me. It runs Steam at 15 psi or water 30. This item can be shipped by any common carrier even though offer detail says pick-up only.
