Our hvac technician has inspected this unit and pronounced it to be in good operating condition, fully charged with refrigerant ready run. Theres a bit of evidence mice in the electrical area, but no wires or circuitry are damaged.

See photos for details. The unit was apparently stored outside in factory wrapping for some time which allowed finish to oxidize a few areas and couple of bolts on top rust slightly.

These issues are cosmetic and should have no effect on the units performance.
